利用电化学方法研究了黄芪、绞股蓝及其制剂对O_2~■-(邻苯三酚自氧化产生)和·OH(Fenton体系产生)的清除作用。结果表明:黄芪和绞股蓝及其制剂均能有效地清除活性氧自由基,但对不同自由基的清除效能不同,其中人参皂甙Rb_1和黄芪甲甙对O_2~-和·OH的抑制作用最强。黄芪样品对O_2~-的清除作用能力依次为:黄芪甲甙>生黄芪>内蒙黄芪>河北黄芪>黄芪对照品>蜜炙黄芪;对·OH的清除效能分别为:黄芪甲甙>河北黄芪>蜜炙黄芪>黄芪对照品>生黄芪>内蒙黄芪。绞股蓝样品对O_2~-清除能力的顺序为:人参皂甙Rb_1>绞股蓝双花茶>绞股蓝总甙片>安国药市绞股蓝>河北青县绞股蓝;而对·OH的抑制效能则为:人参皂甙Rb_1>绞股蓝双花茶>安国药市绞股蓝>河北青县绞股蓝>绞股蓝总甙片。
The scavenging effects of Astragalus, Gynostemma pentaphyllum and its preparations on O_2~■-(pyrolysis of pyrogallol) and OH (produced by Fenton system) were studied by electrochemical methods. The results showed that Astragalus and Gynostemma pentaphyllum and its preparations can effectively scavenge reactive oxygen species, but have different scavenging effects on different free radicals. Ginsenoside Rb_1 and Astragaloside A have the strongest inhibitory effects on O_2~- and OH. The scavenging activities of Astragalus membranaceus on O_2~- were as follows: Astragalus membranaceus> Astragalus membranaceus> Astragalus mongholicus> Astragalus membranaceus> Astragalus membranaceus control> Candied Astragalus membranaceus; the scavenging efficacy of 对OH was: Astragalus hypericum> Hebei Astragalus> Candied Medicinal Radix> Controlled Astragalus> Astragalus membranaceus> Astragalus membranaceus. The order of O 2 -scavenging ability of Gynostemma pentaphyllum samples was: Ginsenoside Rb_1> Gynostemma pentaphylla> Gynostemma total tablet> Ankang Gynostemma pentaphyllum> Hebei Qingxian Gynostemma; and the inhibitory effect on OH was: Ginsenoside Rb_1> Gynostemma pentaphyllum Shuanghuacha> Anguo County Gynostemma> Hebei Qingxian Gynostemma> Gynostemma total sepals.
