实践证明,电磁无心夹具具有加工精度高,调整使用方便,磁极通用,工装消耗少,成本低和对机床工件轴精度要求不高等优点.但尚存在一些问题,如线圈和二极管容易烧坏,导致电工维修被动,甚至引起机床停台,给生产造成很多困难.因此我厂工人和技术人员针对线圈和整流管损坏的原因,作了比较认真的分析,认为原电磁无心夹具还存在以下缺点:1.由于线圈罩壳和底盘是由分离的两个零件组合而成,当钻制外壳变形时,密封性很差,冷却液容易浸入,这样就会使线圈浸入水中.
