[目的]建立血中17种元素的快速同时测定方法。[方法]血样中铍(Be)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)、银(Ag)、镉(Cd)、锡(Sn)、锑(Sb)、铊(Tl)、铅(Pb)、铝(Al)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)共17种元素,经直接酸化后,用锂(Li)、钪(Sc)、锗(Ge)、铟(In)作为内标元素,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定。[结果]各元素检出限在0.081~218μg/L之间;线性良好,线性相关系数均≥0.9950;各元素的加标回收率在83.0%~112.1%,日内精密度和日间精密度分别为0.92%~10.10%和0.51%~9.05%。[结论]此方法简便、快速、准确,结果令人满意,可用于人体血样中17种金属元素的测定,能满足相关生物监测的技术要求。
[Objective] To establish a rapid and simultaneous method for the determination of 17 elements in blood. [Method] The beryllium (Be), chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), arsenic (As), selenium (Se), molybdenum (Mo), silver 17 kinds of elements including cadmium, tin, antimony, thallium, lead, aluminum, copper and zinc were directly acidified, Li, Sc, Ge and In were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). [Result] The detection limits of all the elements ranged from 0.081 to 218μg / L, the linearity was good and the linear correlation coefficients were all above 0.9950. The spiked recoveries of all the elements ranged from 83.0% to 112.1%. The intra- and inter-day precision 0.92% ~ 10.10% and 0.51% ~ 9.05%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, accurate and satisfactory. It can be used for the determination of 17 kinds of metal elements in human blood samples and can meet the technical requirements of biological monitoring.
