通过对ＺｎＯ压敏电阻器几个典型品种在不同荷电率下的漏电流测试，研究了定电压下测量漏电流对压敏电阻测试合格率的影响。同时， 对实验结果及该测试条件下配方及元件尺寸的影响进行了简单的讨论
By measuring the leakage current of several typical varistors of ZnO varistor at different charge rates, the effect of measuring the leakage current at the constant voltage on the yield of the varistor test was studied.
