1 前言 由于CCD摄像机所具有的各种突出优点,所以从发明至今仅20多年其发展速度惊人。 由于CCD摄像机用量的急速增加,世界上几个发达国家和地区已形成大规模CCD摄像机制造产业。从最近资料介绍来看,世界上有日本、美国、英国、荷兰、德国、俄罗斯、韩国、中国等国家包括台湾地区均投入大量的资金和人力从事CCD传感器研究、CCD摄像机的研制和生产,其中日本、美国所生产的CCD传感器芯片和摄像机无论在质量上还是在数量上都处于领先地位。
1 Foreword Due to the outstanding advantages of CCD cameras, its development has been staggering only over 20 years since its invention. Due to the rapid increase in the usage of CCD cameras, a large-scale CCD camera manufacturing industry has formed in several developed countries and regions in the world. According to recent data introduction, there are a lot of funds and manpower in Japan, the United States, Britain, the Netherlands, Germany, Russia, South Korea, China and other countries in the world, such as CCD sensors, CCD camera research and production, among which Japan, the United States produced by the CCD sensor chip and camera in terms of quality or quantity are in a leading position.
