Hemodialysis (HD) is one of the major renal replacement therapies in patients with end-stage renal failure [1]. HD can ESRD patients disappear or significantly reduce the symptoms of uremia, long-term survival was significantly improved [2]. However, the complication and mortality of HD patients are still high, even in economically developed countries, the annual mortality rate reached 20% [3], and compliance is an important factor in causing complications and mortality in patients with HD [4]. Nursing intervention plays an important role in improving patient compliance and HD treatment. Especially, the systematic nursing intervention has a significant effect on the long-term survival rate and quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients. By enhancing nursing interventions to improve adherence of maintenance hemodialysis patients, thus improving long-term survival and quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients. To investigate patient adherence to treatment during maintenance hemodialysis and thus to be systematically targeted for patient-based systemic interventions and for significant differences in patient compliance following systematic interventions. Patients with maintenance hemodialysis significantly reduced complications, the patient’s long-term survival and quality of life significantly improved.
