雷锋工商所从1986年建所至今,整整26年期间有8位同志担任过雷锋所所长。第一任所长王运兴制定了一个不成文的规定,凡是新调入雷锋工商所的同志,先学习雷锋的日记和故事,写一篇心得体会,再上岗工作。从此,对于新来所里的同志,历届所长都会在欢迎会上送上一本崭新的《雷锋日记》,鼓励新同志像雷锋一样做人做事。在历届所长的传承下,学习雷锋精神已在雷锋工商所形成了传统,每年都要坚持开展“六个一”活动:重温一遍《雷锋日记》。在每季度的所务会
