文化与反文化总是相伴相随。反文化是指对主流文化抵制和对抗的亚文化,它从负面影响着主流文化的传播和发展,会造成人们思想混乱和社会的不安定。在数十载的创业历程中,兵工企业积淀下来的许多优良的传统文化,正与蔓延着的反文化浊流进行前所未有的激烈较量。反文化浊流的存在和蔓延,已从负面严重地影响着兵工优良传统的延续和企业精神的培植,阻碍着企业文化建设和企业的改革和发展。因此,在重视建设企业文化和深化企业改革的同时,必须扫除来自反文化方面的阻抗。对当前企业反文化现象的透视当前企业中的反文化现象是比较严重的,其主要表现有:(一)利己性的人际关系和集群性的裙带关系。
Culture and anti-culture always go hand in hand. Anti-culture refers to the subculture that resists and confronts mainstream culture.
