司可林(琥珀酰胆碱)过敏反应极少见,Smith(1957年)最早报告1例,以后Kepes(1959年)、Fellini(1963年)、Jerums(1967年)、Eustace(1967年)、Bele-Binda(1971年)、Katz(1972年)、Mandappa(1975年)相继都有报告,国内尚未见有报告。我院发生1例,同时引起循环骤停,经抢救恢复,现报道于下。病例报告男,25岁,战士,体重65公斤。诊断为右肺下叶支气管扩张症,由兄弟医院转入我院,拟在乙醚气管内麻醉下行右下叶病肺切除。
Scurcinyl (succinylcholine) anaphylaxis is rare, Smith (1957) the earliest reported 1 case, later Kepes (1959), Fellini (1963), Jerums (1967), Eustace (1967) Bele-Binda (1971), Katz (1972), Mandappa (1975) have reported, no reports have been reported in China. One case occurred in our hospital, at the same time cause a cyclic arrest, the rescue and recovery, are reported below. Case report Male, 25 years old, warrior, weighing 65 kg. Diagnosis of the right lower lobe bronchiectasis, transferred to our hospital by the Brothers Hospital, intends to endotracheal intubation in the lower right lower lobe lung resection.
