案例:2004年8月的北京,连日高温。某路公交车司机李某日前上班时突感不适。他在跑完一圈车后向车队请假,当晚在家中死亡,后经诊断:李某死于冠心病。李某的家属认为李某虽死于冠心病,但死亡原因与工作时炎热有关,是由于中暑引发疾病死亡,要求公交车队给予工伤待遇。车队领导认为,李某在感到身体不适后未到医院检查,未同意家属的请求。请问,李某这种情况能否按工伤处理?为什么?公交车队应如何处理此事?
Case: Beijing in August 2004, with high temperatures. A certain bus driver Lee suddenly felt uncomfortable working at work.
