一年来的辛苦劳作、无人给付的血汗钱、辗转数月的艰难讨薪历程……这些,成了来京务工人员经常无法摆脱的梦魇。近日,到北京务工的韩顺通、刘绍荣以及和他们一起干活的35名农民工兄弟,终于通过法律诉讼看到了讨薪的第一缕阳光。探问农民工讨薪艰难的原因,他们说:“工程存在层层转包,如果没有左一个右一个的包工头层层转包,我们领工钱不会这么困难。”
