患者,38岁,C3P2,因“足月孕顺产4天,腹痛、腹胀伴无尿1天”于2012年04月20日收住我院。患者4天前在院外经阴道顺产一活女婴,新生儿体重3 560g,产后母婴情况良好。入院前1天患者手压腹部后下腹疼痛,持续半小时后逐渐缓解,不伴发热、放射性疼痛等不适,此后腹部逐渐膨隆,感腹胀,小便排出少,量约为原来的1/4,色清亮。此次经阴道分娩以来,睡眠及饮食可,无头昏、头痛、心慌,大便正常,每日一次。既往病史
