科学发展观的基础是辨证唯物论和历史唯物论,文章应用认识论揭示科学发展观在面对现代化的阶段性特征中应运而生,用辩证法阐述在扬弃非均衡发展中构建新的均衡的战略选择,用唯物史观说明把社会建设从其他建设剥离开来,和谐社会成为科学发展观的载体,并把它贯穿于坚持贯彻科学发展观的全过程。
The scientific concept of development is based on the dialectical materialism and the historical materialism.
