本试验旨在研究日粮中不同铜水平对小尾寒羊生产性能和血液生化指标的影响。选取25只体重相近(43±2.3kg)、健康状况良好的小尾寒羊作为试验动物,随机分为5组,每组5只;对照组饲喂基础日粮,其铜水平为10.5 mg/kg,试验1?4组分别在基础日粮中添加5、10、15和20 mg/kg的铜,使日粮的铜水平分别为15.5、20.5、25.5和30.5 mg/kg,预试期15 d,正试期15 d。结果表明:1)日粮中不同铜水平显著影响小尾寒羊的日增重和料重比(P<0.05),铜添加量为5和10 mg/kg组的日增重显著高于对照组和试验4组(P<0.05),5、10和15 mg/kg组的料重比显著低于对照组和20 mg/kg组(P<0.05)。2)日粮不同铜水平显著影响小尾寒羊血铜浓度、血清铜蓝蛋白(CPL)和铜锌过氧化物歧化酶(Cu-Zn-SOD)的活性(P<0.05)。血铜浓度、血清CPL和Cu-Zn-SOD活性均随日粮铜水平的增加而提高,铜添加量为15和20 mg/kg组的血铜浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);铜添加量为15和20 mg/kg组的血清CPL和Cu-Zn-SOD活性显著高于对照组和5 mg/kg组(P<0.05)。由此可见,小尾寒羊日粮中铜的水平为15.5 mg/kg时,可获得较高的生产性能和血铜浓度;铜的水平为20.5 mg/kg时,才可有较高的血清CPL和Cu-Zn-SOD的活性。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effect of different copper levels in diet on the performance and blood biochemical parameters of Small Tail Han sheep. Twenty-five small-tailed Han sheep with similar body weight (43 ± 2.3kg) and good health were selected as experimental animals and randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 rats in each group. Blood copper concentration, serum CPL and Cu-Zn-SOD activity increased with the increase of dietary copper levels. Blood copper concentrations at 15 and 20 mg / kg copper supplementation were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The activities of serum CPL and Cu-Zn-SOD in 15 and 20 mg / kg copper groups were significantly higher than those in control group and 5 mg / kg group (P <0.05). Thus, when the copper level of Little Tail Han sheep diet is 15.5 mg / kg, higher performance and blood copper concentration can be obtained; when the copper level is 20.5 mg / kg, higher serum CPL And Cu-Zn-SOD activity.
