国际出版物交换是世界各国之间科学文化合作的一种形式,它不仅促进国际间科技情报交流,加强各国人民之间的相互了解和友谊;而且在图书馆藏书建设中,是补充藏书的重要来源之一。对专业图书馆来说,充分发挥国际交换在藏书建设中的作用更为重要。经过多年的实践我们已深有体会,现将工作情况进行介绍,以便同行交流。
International publication exchange is a form of scientific and cultural cooperation between countries in the world. It not only promotes international exchange of scientific and technological information and mutual understanding and friendship between peoples but also complements the importance of collecting books in the construction of library collections One of the sources. For professional libraries, giving full play to the role of international exchange in collecting books is even more important. After years of practice, we have gained a deep understanding of the present situation of work so that we can exchange ideas with colleagues.
