日本东海大学综合研究机构主办的“中——日海洋研究讨论会”于1981年10月28—29日在静冈县清水市东海大学海洋学部召开。我国应东海大学副总长松前达郎的邀请,经国家海洋局组织,一行五人,在团长毛汉礼教授率领下,赴日参加了中、日之间海洋科学工作者的首次学术交流会。会后并在清水市及东京参观访问了有关的海洋学科研和教育单位。所到之处,均受到日方的热烈欢迎和盛情接待。所以,此行不仅与日方海洋学界进行了有益的交流,也增进了两国海洋科学工作者之间的友谊,收获是比较大的。
The “Sino-Japanese Ocean Research Symposium” hosted by the Comprehensive Research Institute of Tokai University was held on October 28-29, 1981 at the Department of Oceanology, Tokai University, Shimizu, Shizuoka Prefecture. At the invitation of Matsuyamada, vice president of Tokai University, China, led by Prof. Mao Haili and headed by Prof. Mao Hanli, organized by the State Oceanic Administration and headed by the delegation, went to Japan for the first academic exchange meeting for marine scientists between China and Japan. After the meeting and in Shimizu and Tokyo visited the relevant oceanographic research and education units. Wherever he went, are warmly welcomed by the Japanese side and hospitality. Therefore, the visit not only made useful exchanges with the Japanese oceanographic community, but also enhanced the friendship between marine science workers of the two countries. The harvest is relatively large.
