根据《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划纲要》提出的“大力发展中医药,促进中西医结合”等中医药发展的战略任务,国家中医药管理局制定的《中医药事业“十五”计划》9月4日出台。该计划的出台,对于圆满完成国家“十五”计划,推动中医药事业的新发展,建设具有中国特色的社会主义事业具有重要意义。
