阿斯综合征即心源性脑缺血综合征(以下简称ASS),系由于心脏突然短暂停止排血,脑循环暂时中断引起之晕厥.根据脑缺血的程度及持续时间长短,轻者可不察觉,重者可致昏厥、抽搐、呼吸暂停以致猝死.因此,加强对本综合征的认识,尽快作出诊断,紧急有效处理,是抢救患儿生命的关键.本文对我院1971年至1983年底收治的ASS22例中资料较完整的15例综合报告如下.
