中国东盟(柳州)工业品展示交易中心会展会议中心钢结构工程整体工期紧、施工组织及技术方案选择难度大。根据其工程特点及施工难点,重点介绍了会展中心双目字形组合箱形截面折形柱的制作工艺,包括:钢柱分段、钢柱构件焊接、折形柱安装等。考虑附着式塔式起重机对于高层框架钢结构体系的影响,对会议中心塔式起重机进行附着分析并采取原结构加固措施,保证了结构安全。
China’s ASEAN (Liuzhou) Industrial Products Exhibition and Convention Center Convention and Exhibition Center steel structure project overall tight schedule, construction organization and technical options difficult. According to its engineering features and construction difficulties, the paper mainly introduces the manufacturing process of binocular zig-zag combo-box folded columns in the convention and exhibition center, including steel column section, steel column member welding and folding column installation. Considering the influence of attached tower crane on high-rise frame steel structure system, the tower crane attached to the conference center is analyzed and the original structure reinforcement measures are adopted to ensure the structural safety.
