在档案馆管理领域,档案服务质量评估作为现代档案馆管理的重要手段与环节,发挥着重大作用。它不仅具有严密的组织性、科学性、计划性、合理性,而且能发挥和促进档案馆工作人员的自我调节能力,并能及时发现档案利用服务工作中的问题。本文从论述档案利用服务评估指标的概念开始,概述了档案利用服务评估指标体系构建的指导思想及档案利用服务评价指标项设置的思路与方法,见证了档案服务质量评估已成为我国目前档案馆管理质量评估最重要、最常见的形式之一。
In the field of archives management, file service quality evaluation plays an important role as an important means and link of modern archives management. It not only has strict organization, science, planning and rationality, but also can display and promote self-regulation ability of archivist staff, and find out the problems in file utilization service work in time. This article begins with the concept of file service utilization evaluation index, summarizes the guiding ideology of file service utilization evaluation index system and the idea and method of file service utilization evaluation index setting, and witnesses the file service quality evaluation has become the current archives management One of the most important and common forms of quality assessment.
