近年来,专用半自动、自动机床的比重在成批或大量生产的机器制造厂中大有增加;同时,对于通过傳动机构而使专用机床每分钟1000~2000轉的轉速变为輔助軸5~8轉/分的减速机构,就提出了新的要求:傳动要簡便,机构要紧凑,减速范圍要大虼?我厂根据齿輪啮合差动原理,設計了行星式齿輪减速机构,先后在四軸鏜孔車螺紋自动組合机和曲柄肖自动車外圓圓头机床上使用至今,效果良好,現簡介如下。
