企业物资计划是搞好物资供应工作的基础,它贯穿于物资供应工作的始终,影响着企业经营活动的各个环节。在经济体制改革和统配煤矿总承包的新形势下,不断改革和完善企业的物资计划管理体制,必将对提高物资计划的效能和企业的经济效益产生积极影响。多年来,我局对企业物资计划虽然也做过一些改革尝试,由于对它的严肃性和复杂性认识不足,尽管有些成效,但终究跳不出传统管理的圈子,还没有形成一套既适合我局特点又行之有效的计划编制和管理程序。
