目的:了解泰安市无偿献血者梅毒螺旋体检测情况,确定低危人群,为保证血液安全提供有效的预防措施。方法:选择2003-2007年泰安市无偿献血者,运用TP-ELISA法检测所有标本,使用χ2检验对结果进行统计分析。结果:82739例无偿献血者中梅毒螺旋体阳性共142例,阳性率0.17%。阳性率在性别、学历中差异无统计学意义,在年龄、职业、献血次数上均差异有统计学意义。结论:学生与军人、多次献血者、低年龄段人群为低危人群,应作为主要献血选择对象,并努力提高梅毒抗体检测水平,从而保证血液质量。
Objective: To understand the detection of Treponema pallidum in unpaid blood donors in Tai’an and to identify the low-risk population and provide effective preventive measures to ensure blood safety. Methods: The unpaid blood donors from 2003 to 2007 in Tai’an were selected. All samples were detected by TP-ELISA and the results were analyzed by χ2 test. Results: There were 142 positive cases of Treponema pallidum among 82,739 unrelated donors, the positive rate was 0.17%. The positive rate in gender, education, no significant difference in the age, occupation, blood donation times were statistically significant. Conclusion: Students and soldiers, multiple blood donors, and low-age groups should be regarded as the major blood donors, and should be endeavored to improve the level of syphilis antibody testing to ensure blood quality.
