腹腔镜的术式直接影响到腹腔镜下诊断的效果,而且更重要的是正确选择术式可以减少或避免许多并发症。合理术式的选择及正确的操作方法是腹腔镜检查的关键之一。当然腹腔镜检查成功与否在很大程度上取决于术者的经验。总的来说腹腔镜检查的术式可分为闭合式及开放式两大类。闭合式腹腔镜检查闭合式腹腔镜是目前应用最广泛的一种腹腔镜。若掌握得当,其操作迅速,腹腔内观察清晰,不易漏气,并发症也少。
