中外古今善养生者无不把饮食养生视为赢得健康、长寿的必要前提。因为营养是生命赖以生存的物质基础,而生命又是营养存在的形式。《管子》载:“起居适,饮食节,寒暑适,则身利而寿命益;起居不时,饮食不节,寒暑不适则形累而寿命损。” 《素问·上古天真论》中曰:“上古之人,其知道者,法于阴阳,和于术数,食饮有节,起居有常,不安作劳,故能形与神俱,而尽终天年,度百岁乃去。” 民间也有许多值得我们借鉴的谚语如:“少吃香,多吃伤”;“饥不暴食,渴不狂饮”;“忧多伤身,食
