20(男16、女4)例受试者,年龄46±19(20～83)岁。电生理测试指征如下:9例心悸伴阵发性室(上性心动过)速;5例心悸、先兆晕厥或晕厥伴持续性或非持续性室(性心动过)速;6例先兆晕厥或晕厥但未发现心律失常。本组中:6例冠心病(其中1例伴高血压性心血管病);13例无器质性心脏病的临床表现;1例酒精性心肌病。入选标准:(1)房室结(AVN)双通道传导;(2)加速心房起搏
20 (male 16, female 4) subjects were aged 46 ± 19 (20-83 years). The electrophysiological tests were as follows: 9 cases of palpitations with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia; 5 cases of heart palpitations, presyncope or syncope with persistent or non-sustained ventricular tachycardia; 6 cases of syncope Or fainting but no arrhythmia was found. In this group: 6 cases of coronary heart disease (including 1 case of hypertensive cardiovascular disease); 13 cases of non-structural heart disease clinical manifestations; 1 case of alcoholic cardiomyopathy.
