经研究表明,增加化疗药物的剂量可防止肿瘤耐药,虽然这样治疗不可避免地出现骨髓抑制而使药物剂量受到限制,但通过骨髓移植可使之逆转.作者报告用强烈化疗和自体骨髓移植(ABMT)治疗进展性何杰金病26例,而且已随访3.5年以上.除5.例在Ⅰ期外,其余均为Ⅱ期患者,中位年龄30岁.用环磷酰胺和分次全身照射(TBI)作移植前的预处理.环磷酰胺60mg/kg,于-4和-5天的2小时之内静注,TBI剂量为1000-1400cGy不等,有19例还增加累及部位的放疗.结果:10例仍无病存活,16例死亡,其中10例死于进展性何杰金病,6例死于移植相关毒
