一批大公司大集团渐成国民经济发展中坚。通过战略性结构调整,以企业为主体,以培育企业核心竞争力为目标,同时尊重市场经济规律和企业意愿,近几年努力发展了如中石油、宝钢、一汽等一批拥有自主知识产权、主业突出、核心能力强、具有国际竞争力的大公司和企业集团,并逐渐成为国民经济发展的中坚力量。据统计,2001年全国国有企业实际上交税金6682.6亿元,比上年增加1343.5亿元,增长25.2％,约占全国税收收入的43.7％;实现利润总额为2811.2亿元。
A large group of large companies gradually became the backbone of national economic development. According to statistics, in 2001, the state-owned enterprises actually paid taxes of 668.26 billion yuan, an increase of 134.35 billion yuan or 25.2% over the previous year, accounting for about 43.7% of the country's total tax revenue. The total profit realized was 281.1 billion yuan.
