●都市快报一创刊16个版的报纸就做了15个版的新闻,挑选新闻的标准,也完全按照读者的接受愿望设计。报纸一出来,因为差异性非常大,一下就引起了读者的注意。●媒体需要有自己的判断力,引导力就是竞争力。坚持正确的舆论导向,这不是一句空话,落实起来非常具体。●世上聪明人很多,但真正成功的人却未必是最聪明的人,而是最努力的人。●我觉得我们的团队是时尚的、有活力的、热爱生活的。无法想象一个对生活没有热爱、没有感受的人,会办出一张有趣的报纸。我很喜欢员工穿得很漂亮,脸上全是阳光,生活得很快乐。●我不习惯采用行政化的手法去工作,也没有把自己当成老总,只是在这个职位上,负起这个责任来。如果谁对工作不负责任,我无法容忍。除了工作之外,我尊重每一个人。人与人之间应该互相尊重一些。——杨星
