目的探讨二肽转运载体1(Pep T1)在大鼠结肠癌组织中的表达及其对营养免疫状况的影响。方法 Sprague-Dawley大鼠20只(术前组),随机分为研究组和对照组各10只,研究组通过移植皮下肿瘤瘤块建立大鼠结肠癌模型;对照组大鼠行腹部手术未种植肿瘤增生物,仅使盲肠暴露并提至腹外后还纳腹腔。检测三组大鼠结肠上皮Pep T1的表达情况、营养指标和T细胞免疫指标。结果与术前组相比,对照组大鼠肠黏膜组织仅Pep T1表达降低(P<0.05),而研究组肠黏膜组织Pep T1表达明显升高(P<0.05),总蛋白、白蛋白及前白蛋白水平、CD4+计数、CD8+计数、CD4+/CD8+比值均降低(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌大鼠出现营养不良及免疫功能异常,其机制可能与Pep T1在结肠癌组织中表达上调有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of dipeptide transporter 1 (Pep T1) in rat colon carcinoma and its effect on the status of nutrition and immunity. Methods Twenty Sprague-Dawley rats (preoperative group) were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 10 rats in each group. The study group was established by transplanting subcutaneous tumor of the tumor. The rats in the control group were not implanted with abdominal surgery Tumor hyperplasia, only to expose the cecum and raised to the abdominal cavity after abdominal surgery. The expression of Pep Tl, nutrition index and T cell immune index in three groups of rats were detected. Results Compared with the preoperative group, the expression of Pep T1 was only decreased in the intestinal mucosa of the control group (P <0.05), while the expression of Pep T1 in the intestinal mucosa of the study group was significantly increased (P <0.05) Prealbumin level, CD4 + count, CD8 + count and CD4 + / CD8 + ratio decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion Malnutrition and immune dysfunction in colon cancer rats may be related to the up-regulation of Pep T1 expression in colon cancer.
