YRRM(YchromosomeRNArecognitionmotif)为无精子因子(AZF)的重要候选成分,已证明YRRM的丢失可导致无精子或严重少精。应用PCR方法检测核型正常(46XY)的65例无精症男子和25例严重少精男子基因组DNA中的YRRM,发现6例无精症病人中有YRRM的丢失,严重少精病人中1例有YRRM的丢失。结果表明,应用该方法检测YRRM基因片段是切实可行的,对无精症和严重少精的病因诊断具有一定的应用价值。
YRRM (Ychromosome RNA recognition motif) is an important candidate for azoospermia (AZF), and loss of YRRM has been shown to result in azoospermia or severe oligozoospermia. YRRM was detected by PCR in genomic DNA of 65 cases of azoospermic men with normal karyotype (46XY) and 25 cases of serious oligozoospermia. It was found that YRRM was missing in 6 cases of azoospermic patients and 1 case of severe oligozoospermia There is a loss of YRRM. The results showed that it is practicable to detect the YRRM gene fragment by this method, and it has a certain value in the diagnosis of azoospermia and severe oligozoospermia.
