冷轧厂1978年投产以来对钢的质量提出了严格的要求,炼钢则要求高炉生产低硅低硫的铁水。本文概括总结了武钢高炉改善生铁质量的研究和实践结果。根据这些结果,以下措施已被证明是行之有效的:向烧结料中加入白云石使高炉渣中MgO含量提高到10%左右;降低炉料的硫负荷;保持合理的煤气分布和正常的炉缸热制度;提高风温;改进喷煤计量装置等。1978年以来,铁水成分一直很稳定。一般情况下,铁水含硅量低于0.74%,含硫量低于0.026%,砂口处铁水温度1460℃左右。上述参数很好地满足了炼钢对铁水质量的要求。
Cold-rolled steel plant put forward since 1978 put forward strict requirements on the quality of steel, steelmaking requires blast furnace production of low-silicon low-sulfur molten iron. This article summarizes the research and practice of improving the quality of pig iron in WISCO blast furnace. Since 1978, the hot metal has been very stable. Under normal circumstances, the silicon content of hot metal is less than 0.74%, the sulfur content is less than 0.026%, and the hot metal temperature is about 1460 ℃. The above parameters well meet the quality of hot metal in steelmaking.
