从煤粉燃烧动力学看,烧结料中碳粒直径从3毫米缩小到2毫米,可使燃尽时间缩短一半,能更充分利用燃料的化学能。高炉喷煤粉的粒径为200目时,燃尽时间在0.015~0.004秒之间,能保证煤气在循环区停留时间内燃烧完毕,不宜集中于几个风口喷吹,而应均匀分布。碳素燃烧在能量利用上占很重要的位置,煤粉的燃烧动力学可应用于烧结过程,也可以应用高炉喷煤过程,本文是这方面的一个尝试,不当之处,望不吝赐教。
