Stalin’s reply to the questions raised by the U.S. New York Times diplomat James Reston once again made clear the Soviet Union’s peace policy and the Soviet Union’s sincere aspiration for peace. It is a tremendous blow to the U.S. war criminals who are desperately advocating arms expansion and preparing for war and desperately advocating a new world war. It has also greatly encouraged the peace-loving people around the world in their struggle for peace.
