为了探讨维生素E对吉富罗非鱼肝脏谷胱甘肽含量及其相关酶活力的影响,试验选用400尾大小均匀、平均体重为(3.25±0.02)g的健康吉富罗非鱼分别投喂添加0,25,50,250,2 500 mg/kg维生素E的饲料。结果表明:饲喂添加维生素E饲料的吉富罗非鱼肝脏中谷胱甘肽含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在添加量为250 mg/kg时谷胱甘肽的增加量最高;γ-谷氨酰半胱氨酸合成酶(γ-GCS)活力却显著低于对照组(P<0.05),在维生素E的添加量为250 mg/kg时,γ-GCS的活力最低;维生素E对吉富罗非鱼肝脏中谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力的影响与对照组相比差异不显著;对谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活力与对照组相比有增加趋势,其中维生素E的添加量在25 mg/kg时GR的活力与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),其他组差异不显著;不同添加量的维生素E对γ-GCS mRNA表达产生不同影响。说明影响谷胱甘肽及其相关酶含量是维生素E在罗非鱼体内发挥作用的途径之一。
In order to investigate the effect of vitamin E on the hepatic glutathione content and its related enzyme activity in GIFT tilapia (Tilapia tilapia), 400 healthy GIFT tilapia with the average size of (3.25 ± 0.02) g were fed with 0 , 25,50,250,2 500 mg / kg vitamin E feed. The results showed that the content of glutathione in the liver of GIFT tilapia fed with dietary vitamin E was significantly higher than that of the control (P <0.05), and glutathione was the highest at the dosage of 250 mg / kg. The γ-GCS activity was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). When vitamin E was added at 250 mg / kg, the activity of γ-GCS was the lowest. The vitality of γ- E had no significant effect on the activity of glutathione S-transferase (GST) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in liver of GIFT tilapia compared with the control group; Compared with the control group, the activity of GR increased with the increase of vitamin E concentration (P <0.05), but no significant difference was found between the other groups Vitamin E has different effects on the expression of γ-GCS mRNA. It is indicated that the influence of glutathione and its related enzyme content is one of the ways that vitamin E plays a role in tilapia.
