等离子切割国内目前多用于切割不锈钢及铝合金、铜等有色金属,虽然已应用很久,但这种切割方法还有许多急待改进的地方。特别是在切割铝合金时,用普通的氮气压缩电弧,随着切割厚度的增加,切口变宽,切口上缘变元,切割面变得不平滑,切口下部还粘着大量挂渣。我们曾试用加氢气的办法提高切口质量,这样不但要增加成本,而且还必须十分注意安全。
