以镁合金汽车转向管柱支架为研究对象,设计了三种浇注系统。使用Flow-3D软件模拟分析了这三种方案,扇形浇注系统效果最优。通过正交试验优化得出,在浇注温度680℃,模具温度220℃,压射速度4.5 m/s参数下,镁合金转向管柱支架压铸件质量最佳。使用优化后的工艺参数进行实际生产,证明转向管柱支架压铸件性能符合要求。
Taking magnesium alloy steering column bracket as the research object, three kinds of casting systems were designed. Using Flow-3D software simulation analysis of these three programs, fan-shaped casting system works best. Through orthogonal experiment, it is concluded that the casting quality of the magnesium alloy steering column bracket is the best under the conditions of pouring temperature of 680 ℃, mold temperature of 220 ℃ and casting speed of 4.5 m / s. The use of optimized process parameters for actual production, steering column bracket casting performance to meet the requirements.
