前言茶树为多年生常绿叶用饮料作物,其越冬枝叶及液间孕育着的茶芽所组成的光合叶面积和枝叶中所含有机养分,乃翌年春梢形成的代谢源。据Hzdtupob(1980年)研究,上年留下的老枝叶提供了当年光合产物总量的58.9~75.1%,当年各季留养的叶片只占22.5~37.9%,由此可知,当年茶叶产量的物质基础主要是越冬枝叶,生产上还通常用来予测茶叶丰歉的依据。
