研究了10个中熟水、陆稻品种(含杂交组合)的抗旱性以及对水分胁迫的生理反应。结果表明:不同品种的抗旱系数为:旱-A03>旱-501>珍珠矮>扬稻4号>汕优63>六优1号>亚优2号>南京11>盐粳2号>盐粳235,而抗旱指数和在水分胁迫下的产量则以3个杂交组合汕优63、亚优2号和六优1号最高;在水分胁迫下,抗旱性较好(抗旱系数较高)的品种SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性明显增加的叶水势阈值较高,叶片质膜透性明显增加的叶水势阈值较低,抗旱性较差(抗旱系数较低)的品种则相反;水分胁迫下库源比、茎鞘物质的输出率和转换率的相对比率(胁迫处理/对照×100%),抗旱性较好的品种较高,抗旱性较差的品种较低;在水分胁迫下剑叶的气孔密度增加,但抗旱性较好的品种增加较少,抗旱性较差的品种增加较多。
The drought resistance of 10 middle-maturing and upland rice cultivars (including hybrid combinations) and the physiological responses to water stress were studied. The results showed that drought resistance coefficient of different varieties was: drought-A03> drought -501> pearl dwarf> Yangdao 4> Shanyou 63> Liuyou 1> Yayou 2> Nanjing 11> Yanjing 2> Yanjing 235, and the drought resistance index and the yield under water stress were the highest in three hybrid combinations, Shanyou 63, Yayou 2 and Liuyou 1, and the varieties with better drought resistance (higher drought resistance coefficient) under water stress Under the condition of water stress, the leaf water potential threshold with higher SOD activity, higher leaf water potential threshold with lower plasma membrane permeability and lower drought resistance (lower drought resistance coefficient) The relative ratio of source and sink ratio of stem and sheath substances to the conversion rate (stress treatment / control × 100%) was higher in the varieties with better drought resistance and lower in drought resistance. Under the water stress, The stomatal density increased, but the varieties with better drought resistance increased less and the varieties with worse drought resistance increased more.
