雌激素的抗放研究已经有近三十年的历史。近年来,国内合成了3-棕榈酸-17β-棕榈酸雌二醇(简称“棕二”),并且研究了它的抗放作用。动物实验证明“棕二”具有一定的抗放效果。雌激素对造血组织的作用有过比较多的研究,由于采用不同种系的实验动物以及应用不同的雌激素和药物剂量,观察到的结果不尽一致。雌激素对正常动物和照射动物造血组织的作用特点是雌激素在抗放研究中一个需要阐明的问题。
Anti-estrogen anti-release studies have been nearly three decades of history. In recent years, 3-palmitate-17β-estradiol palmitate (referred to as “brown two”) was synthesized and its anti-release effect was studied. Animal experiments show that “brown two” has some anti-release effect. The effect of estrogen on hematopoietic tissue has been much studied. The observed results are not consistent due to the use of different germ-line experimental animals and different estrogen and drug doses. The effect of estrogen on the hematopoietic tissue of normal animals and irradiated animals is characterized by a problem to be elucidated in estrogen resistance study.
