一、原理: 用乙醚提取酸化尿液中粪卟啉和卟啉原。在乙醚层加碘-盐酸溶液使各种叶啉原氧化成粪卟啉并提取粪卟啉。用分光光度计测定粪卟啉在Soret谱带的最大吸收峰,并以港带波长两侧光密度去较正各种存在的杂质。二、试剂: 1.冰醋酸。 2.乙醚。 3.5%盐酸(约5g/100ml):120ml浓盐酸用蒸馏水稀释到一升。
First, the principle: Extraction of acid in urine with acetone fecal porphyrin and porphyrin.
