人力资源和社会保障部副部长胡晓义近期关于机关事业单位和企业职工养老金“双轨制”终将并轨的表态引发了广泛关注。专家认为,目前分割的养老金制度格局尽管有其历史原因,但已经不适应社会发展需求,与社会公平正义相悖。从现实情况看,实现社会养老保险的制度对接已经条件具备,建议在明确目标与方向的条件下,不再试点,直接迅速启动机关事业单位的养老保险制度改革。
