为探讨阴式鞘膜内子宫切除术与开腹子宫切除术的临床应用价值,本文对我院1997年7月～1999年8月期间所做的阴式鞘膜内子宫切除术及开腹子宫切除术两组共228例进行回顾性比较分析,现报道如下:
