当前我国基层行政事业单位在预算管理的各环节,包括预算申请、预算批复、预算执行、预算执行监督及预算考核中,存在一些问题与不足。本文在对问题分析的基础上,积极寻求解决问题的各种办法,以促使预算管理的规范化以及财政资金效益最大化。
At present, grassroots administrative units in our country have some problems and deficiencies in various aspects of budget management, including budget application, budget approval, budget implementation, budget execution supervision and budget assessment. Based on the analysis of the problems, this paper actively seeks various solutions to the problems so as to promote the standardization of the budget management and the maximization of the financial funds.
