职业教育发展遵循的准则是终端制胜,也就是“倒推法”关于人才培养模式的命题,这是职业教育建设的重要内容,除了关乎系统建设和环境因素的影响,更关乎到职业教育更深层次的问题,培养什么样的人去适合什么样的岗位,或者说什么样的岗位需要什么样的人。本文从终端制胜视角,分析了国家开放大学粮食学院前身为基础的职业教育,在探索培养人才模式路径的过程中存在的现状与主要问题,阐述了职业教育人才培养模式的改革途径。
The criterion for the development of vocational education follows the winning of the terminal, that is, the proposition about the model of personnel training, which is an important part of the construction of vocational education.
