经济工作要讲究经济效益,思想政治工作要注重实际效果。思想政治工作的效果是多方面的、综合的。如何评价其效果,比较复杂,这里提出六点作为思想政治工作效果评估的基本思想。一、多指标的评估。思想政治工作内容是多方面的,其效果也必然反映在多方面,如党的方针政策的贯彻执行情况,领导班子的加强,职工政治觉悟的提高,工作积极性的高涨,党员素质的提高,企业生产任务的完成,企业经济效益的提高等等。因此,要评估一个企业思想政治工作的效果,不能仅仅考核某一单项指标,而应该就各个方面设立指标,组成指标体系,进行多指标评估。二、综合性的评估。进行多指标评估时,对某企业来说,可能一部分指标较好,而另一些指标较差;对另一个企业,可能正相反。在这和情况下,如何比较这两家企业思想政治工作的好坏呢?显然,孤立地把各项指标进行比较是无济于事的,因而必须采用综合性的评估方法,从总体上加以比较。

The completion of production tasks, the improvement of the economic efficiency of enterprises, etc. Therefore, to evaluate the effectiveness of a company’s ideological and political work, it is not possible to assess only a single indicator, but rather to establish indicators for each aspect, form a system of indicators, and conduct multiple-indicator evaluations. Second, a comprehensive assessment. When conducting multi-target assessments, it may be that for some companies, some indicators may be better while others may be worse; for another, the opposite may be true. Under these circumstances, how can we compare the ideological and political work of these two companies? Obviously, it is of no avail to compare the indicators in isolation. Therefore, we must adopt a comprehensive assessment method and compare them in an overall manner.
