应用小血管吻合进行游离组织移植修复大块组织缺损和畸形,是七十年代飞速发展起来的一项新技术,国内外已有较多的报道,我科近年来也开始在临床上应用。现将我科1981年4月利用颞浅动脉岛状皮瓣转移及足背皮瓣游离移植立即修复一例上颌窦癌术后面颊洞穿缺损获得满意效果的病例介绍如下:
