1病例资料患者,男,42岁,以“口服百草枯农药约40 ml半小时”于2014-10-17 23:50急诊入院。患者半小时前与家人争吵后自服百草枯农药约40ml,立即至当地医院给予洗胃、催吐等治疗后,为进一步治疗转至我院。病程中无恶心、呕吐,无腹痛、腹泻,无意识丧失、昏迷、抽搐,无胸闷、干咳、咯血,无肉眼血尿。既往体健,无慢性疾病史。体检:体温36.3℃,脉搏86次/min,呼吸20次/min,血压
