山东梁山县水源型氟中毒病区,选氟斑牙患者40例,氟骨症患者37例,以两组年龄,性别与患者对应的非病区健康农民为对照,检测体内F、Se、Zn、Cu等元素;GSH—Px.SOD.VE等抗氧化物质中Lpo以及血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白。结果氟中毒患者体F、Zn、Zn/Cu升高,Se降代,GSH—Px、SOD、VE、GSH—Px/Lpo、SOD/Lpo降低,Lpo升高;以及Tc、TG、LDL—C、apo—B100升高、HDL—c、HDL—c/LDL—c、apo—AI/B100降低。提示氟中毒患者体内微量元素、抗氧化系及脂类三方面的代谢途径均发生障碍。
40 cases of fluorosis and 37 cases of skeletal fluorosis were investigated in Liangshan County water-source fluorosis area of Shandong Province. Two groups of healthy peasants were selected as controls according to their age and sex, and F, Se, Zn , Cu, and the like; Lpo and lipids, lipoproteins and apolipoproteins in antioxidants such as GSH-Px.SOD.VE. Results The levels of F, Zn and Zn / Cu were increased in patients with fluorosis, the levels of Se were decreased, the levels of GSH-Px, SOD, VE, GSH-Px / , Apo-B100 increased, HDL-c, HDL-c / LDL-c, apo-AI / B100 decreased. Prompt fluoride poisoning in patients with trace elements, antioxidant systems and lipid metabolic pathways are three obstacles.
