棕曲霉毒素A(OA)是由各种曲霉和青霉所产生的棕曲霉毒素中最强烈的一种肾毒素。虽然OA引起的病理改变已用各种动物进行了研究,但对其在体内的代谢尚不完全了解,仅报导了给予毒素后的大鼠血液、肝脏、尿和粪便中有OA的存在。另外,在给予毒素74小时后大鼠的尿和粪便中发现了有OA的水解产物——棕曲霉毒素α。最近,发现喂饲被OA污染了的谷物的肉猪器官和组织中也有OA存在。因此,本文作者给大鼠一次腹腔注射~(14)C-OA 1mg而后研究其在体内的转归。实验结果表明:
Aspergillus toxin A (OA) is the most potent one of the neotoxin that is produced by various Aspergillus and Penicillium species. Although OA-induced pathological changes have been studied in a variety of animals, their in vivo metabolism is not fully understood and only reports the presence of OA in the blood, liver, urine and feces of rats given the toxin. In addition, OA, a hydrolyzate of OA, was found in urine and faeces of rats 74 hours after administration of the toxin. Recently, OA has also been found in organs and tissues of pigs fed OA-contaminated grains. Therefore, the authors of this study administered a single intraperitoneal injection of ~ (14) C-OA to rats and investigated their in vivo outcome. Experimental results show:
